Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft
A well-known franchise with classic games in need of a dusting off. After almost 30 years since the original release, we reignited fan interest with newer models and textures, and a marketing campaign focused on the star: Lara Croft.
For this campaign, I researched the marketing for both the original and the modern Tomb Raider franchises in addition to playing the games. I created videos and screenshots aimed to draw original fans while also introducing modern audiences to Lara Croft. I mocked up a storyboard, drafts, and media decks for internal and external partner reviews. In the end, I created over 100 visual assets rolled out on platforms, newsletters, blogs, and social.

When a partner needs options for a media placement, I create decks with recommendations to speed up the selection process.
Social & Relationships
Aspyr’s first major collaboration with Crystal Dynamics (custodian of the Tomb Raider IP) required careful relationship building. Each step of the process, from screenshots to video, went through rigorous critique with our partner.
I produced over 100 pieces of visual content from screens and GIFs, to shorts and longform videos for placement with first-party partners and high-level industry influencers. Crystal Dynamics loved the campaign and has since trusted us with releasing our next project, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered.
Going all out on this project was the right move. We exceeded not only the sales goals we set, but fostered an important relationship with our partners and won the trust of a new audience of gamers.
